Drawing upon our deep appreciation for Nepal's culinary heritage, we have embarked on a journey to reinvent this beloved dish while preserving its traditional taste and cultural significance spanning millennia.
Through meticulous processes and stringent controls, we strive to create MOMOs that satisfy the taste buds and meet the highest levels of hygiene and freshness.
Produced in a facility that handles fish. Our product contains milk, seeds and soy.
Chicken MOMO
Our Chicken MOMOs are known for it's savoury flavours and unique blend of spices, typically filled with a mixture of ground chicken and vegetables. The mixture is often enhanced with finely chopped vegetables like onions, and cabbage to add extra flavor and texture.
Ingredients: Chicken, Cabbage, Onions, Shallots, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Butter, Oil, Spices(Cumin, coriander, turmeric, nutmeg, chillies, fenugreek, black pepper, dried garlic, ginger, cassia leaf, cardamom, fennel, cloves) and food enhancer.
Veg MOMO
Our Veg MOMOs is a flavorsome blend of finely chopped vegetables such as cabbage, onions, soy beans and blend of special spices. This creates a satisfying and nutritious filling.
Ingredients: Soy, Cabbage, Onions, Shallots, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Butter, Oil, Spices(Cumin, coriander, turmeric, nutmeg, chillies, fenugreek, black pepper, dried garlic, ginger, cassia leaf, cardamom, fennel, cloves) and food enhancer.
Paneer MOMO
Our Paneer MOMOs is made of highest quality paneer and seasonings. We do not add vegetables to our Paneer MOMO.
Ingredients: Paneer, cilantro, shallots, and seasonings.
Goat MOMO
We have now introduced the Goat MOMO for the Vancouverites. Our Goat momo is a must try!!!
Ingredients: Canadian raised Goat, Cabbage, Onions, Shallots, Salt, Spices, and food enhancer.
King's Delight
MOMOs are often served with a dipping sauce. KiPra Foods Ltd. manufactures tomato-based tangy-sauce deigned to complement our MOMOs.
