Product Overview

We partner with restaurants, caterers, event planners, distributors, and retail shops to promote Nepali food culture and introduce MOMO at an affordable cost. By closing the loop on food production and promotion, we help local businesses streamline their point-of-sale experience.

Production


Our MOMOs are factory manufactured with locally sourced raw ingredients. We can maintain production consistency even at significant production rates.
By offsetting production, our clients can save management and administrative costs.

It is produced in a facility that handles fish. Our product contains milk, seeds and soy.

Distribution


We have partnered with transport companies to deliver frozen MOMOs while maintaining the minimum required temperature of -18 deg C (0 deg F).


We prepare MOMOs with 1-2 weeks lead time and do not maintain a large inventory such that our customers receive fresh products each time.

Storage

Frozen MOMOs should always be maintained at -18degC (0degF). Cook from frozen, do not refreeze once thawed.


The packaging should remain sealed to avoid contamination. Discard products that have surpassed the best before date.

Cooking/Serving

The recommended method for cooking MOMOs is by steaming for 12 minutes. However, we encourage our customers to verify that the MOMO stuffing is fully cooked before serving.
